Fast as lightning ripping through the lonely sky,
Slow as a snail for who no one awaits.
Dark as a black horse striding through water,
Yet as bright like a lamp in the dark.
Antarctica warmer still than him,
Warm as a hug given by a loved one.
He came at the door and knocked soft,
Powerful presence, when I opened the door.
Shocked and in dread slammed the door.
Years passed filled with pain and agony.
I payed him a visit this time happily.
Tit for tat he slammed the door.
Due which, a new leaf was turned.
Years later the powerful presence,
But this time colder arrived.
I did not want this, yet he came.
Forcibly he took me far away,
Never to return from the peaceful place.
